Vinification and refinement: the grapes are harvested in the second ten days of September and soft-pressed. After fermentation, the wine remains on its own lees, fining "sur-lie", until January-February.
Description: Catarratto vinified from the vibrant color with straw yellow notes and greenish hues. Intensely fruity, lightly floral, it contains notes of jasmine, apricot, white peach and yellow plum. Balanced in the mouth with the right fullness, freshness and acidity giving drinkability, flavor and a good longevity.
How to serve: the best serving temperature is around 11 ° C, serve in medium-sized glasses.
