Vinification and refinement: After de-stemming, the grapes are left to macerate in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for about 10 days undergoing repeated pumping and delestage. At malolactic fermentation the wine is aged 4 months in steel and 3 months in bottle.
Description: Nero d'Avola vinified in purity with ruby red color with purple reflections. From the intense, young, ready-made olfactory impact, with distinct scents of berries, currant, cherry. Full-bodied, full of palate with a caressing and succulent texture, relegating tannin to crowning balance.
How to serve: Serve in medium-width goblets at a service temperature between 16 ° C and 18 ° C.
